Both apartments at Mill Farm have interesting outlooks, especially to the north where their elevated position commands extensive views across the paddocks of the attractive Somerset countryside, whilst the front of the apartments allow parents to keep an eye on the children.
Important information - What is provided and what is not!
Bedding - Duvets, pillows and under sheets provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Electricity - supplied by a slot meter.
FOR HIRE: Ponies, Canoes, Trampolines and pool tables.
There is a campsite shop and a launderette. Club with its Entertainment is available during bank holidays, high season, and some weekends. Mill Farm's Hot take-away is available during high season.
To secure your booking a deposit of £100.00 per week is required. There is a £2.00 admin
fee per booking. The balance for the full period of the stay is to be paid 28 days prior to the
date of arrival.
Letting period is from 4pm on Saturday to 10am on the last Saturday of occupation unless otherwise agreed. However, if you wish to arrive at Mill Farm earlier than 4pm on the day of arrival, you are welcome to enjoy all the recreational facilities that the campsite has to offer. If the apartment is ready earlier than expected you are welcome to settle in.

Booking Conditions
Holiday appartments and camping pitch deposits are non-returnable. Full amount of holiday balance is to be paid 28 days prior to arrival at the campsite. If the owner does not receive full payment by the due date, the owner reserves the right to re-advertise and re-let the holiday accommodation.
Only the number of persons listed on the booking form is permitted to occupy the campsites appartments. No bookings can be accepted for all male or all female parties under the age of 25 years. In the event of the accommodation not being available for any reason whatsoever, the owner shall in no circumstances make a refund greater than the amount paid to the owner. We regret we cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation under these circumstances and we are not responsible for securing alternative accommodation.
All campsites facilities and amenities are available to those staying at the Mill Farm apartments. The campsites owners reserve the right to amend alter or change accommodation, amenities or facilities where necessary. You are advised to insure your holiday and we can provide information if requested. Pets by arrangement only – please telephone.
