To secure your booking at the campsites apartments a deposit of £200.00 per week is required. There is a £3.00 admin fee per booking. The balance for the full period of the stay is to be paid 28 days prior to the date of arrival.

Letting period is from 4pm on Saturday to 10am on the last Saturday of occupation unless otherwise agreed. However, if you wish to arrive at Mill Farm earlier than 4p.m. on the day of arrival, you are welcome to enjoy all the recreational facilities that the campsite has to offer. If the apartment is ready earlier than expected you are welcome to settle in.

Booking Conditions

Holiday apartments and campsite pitch deposits are non-returnable. Full amount of holiday balance is to be paid 28 days prior to holiday commencement. If the owner does not receive full payment by the due date, the owner reserves the right to re-advertise and re-let the holiday accommodation.

Payment in Full is required for bookings made 28 days or less before arrival at the Campsite.

Only the number of persons listed on the booking form are permitted to occupy the campsites appartments. No bookings can be accepted for all male or all female parties under the age of 25 years. In the event of the accommodation not being available for any reason whatsoever, the owner shall in no circumstances make a refund greater than the amount paid to the owner. We regret we cannot accept responsibility or pay compensation under these circumstances and we are not responsible for securing alternative accommodation.

All campsites amenities are available to those staying at the Mill Farm apartments. The campsites owners reserve the right to amend campsite facilities where necessary. You are advised to insure your holiday and we can provide information if requested. Pets by arrangement only – please telephone.

All bookings are confirmed over the phone not by email although we can send you an email with the details of the booking. Your payment authorization number acts as your booking reservation number.
