Security: The security of caravans stored at Mill Farm is our number one priority. In order to prevent caravans being stolen the storage compound is surrounded by thick hedges, trees and banks on all sides. There is also a secure gate, alarms and most importantly Close Circuit Television (CCTV) that is monitored 24 hours a day at the campsite. Also only our vehicles are allowed into the campsites storage compound to prevent anyone else going into the compound hitching up a caravan and driving away.
Insurance: Even though our storage compound is very secure we still strongly advise our customers
to take out adequate insurance and to always have a hitch lock fitted to the caravan when on pitch or in campsite storage compound.
The campsite storage compound at Mill Farm is located close to the camping fields so that customers are able to enjoy the convenience of having their caravans towed out of storage quickly when they arrive at the campsite. This avoids customers having to collect their caravans from another storage facility before arriving at Mill Farm.
Removing Vans: In order for your caravan to leave the storage compound you must have at least 28 days storage remaining. Alternatively you must give us at least 28 DAYS NOTICE that you intend to remove your van, prior to the date your storage is paid until. Failure to give notice will result in you being charged for the whole of the next quarter before the van is released.

When paying for your storage a payment card is required. We accept Debit, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. Credit cards are accepted subject to a nominal fee. Storage is due 28 days prior to the end of your last paid quarter. If your storage is not paid before the 1st day of the new quarter you will incure a £5.00 overdue fee for each month it runs overdue.
Sorry no cheques. The campsite now has a new caravan storage management system in place, so starting in 2007 we will be starting to contact our existing customer with a view to giving them the option to have storage fees collected automatically by us as they become due.
The towing service is available seven days a week between the times of 10.00am - 5.00pm (unless otherwise agreed). The storage area is close to the camping pitches on the grounds of Mill Farm Caravan and Camping Park.
When you require your caravan to be towed out of storage please phone 24 hours before you are due to arrive. This is to make sure that someone is available to tow your caravan out of the storage compound. Booking is required for all stays at the campsite. This is to assist us in providing the right level of amenities on the campsite at the right time.
