MILL FARM CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
To all our customers.
We appreciate this is a very stressful and worrying time for everyone. The situation we find ourselves in is completely unprecedented and it is taking a little time to work through the fine details for each and every customer. Our priority is of course keeping our guests and staff safe at all times.
In line with Government guidelines it is with regret that the holiday park is now closed. To clarify, this means no guests will be permitted entry to the park until Saturday the 4th of July 2020 unless the Goverment allows us to open prior to that.
We ask that seasonal customers return to the park to collect items from their caravans only if it is absolutely essential. This must be completed by close of business on Saturday 28th of March 2020. No access to the park will be permitted to customers after this date. Please note however, should the Government go to a total lockdown sooner then no one will be permitted entry as per the Government decision with immediate effect. We also ask that if you are coming to the site to remove essential items from your caravans you bring as few people with you as possible and do not let your children congregate or play on the park.
Seasonal customers please rest assured that will be offering a credit for the months which you are unable to use your caravan due to government closures. The credit can be used against your 2021 seasonal pitch. Further details of this will be released once the park has re-opened and management have had the opportunity to discuss further. Many thanks for your patience. We hope you all stay safe during these difficult times.
Renting: For those looking for somewhere to rent, self-catered accommodation is currently available however this is only for long term bookings and not for the purpose of holidays.
Touring customers: Full credits will be issued on all pre-booked touring pitches during closure. We will be reviewing the situation on a month to month basis and as and when we receive updates from Public Health England. Holiday bookings which were due to arrive during the closed period will be offered a full credit for a holiday at a later time as things start to return to normal.
Gym users: Please note as per the email sent out last week, all memberships will be frozen and all remaining weeks paid for will be credited to you upon reopening. You will also be receiving a more detailed email in due course.
Thank you for your support and patience at this time. We wish you all the best in keeping safe and healthy for the foreseeable and look forward to welcoming you again when we are safely able to do so.
Best wishes
Mill Farm Caravan Park
